There are hundreds of colors to choose from, in every shade of the rainbow and more. There are also multiple finishes (or sheens) to pick from that can dramatically change the look of the end result depending on which you choose. Ingredients in different ratios help contribute to the creation of the different finishes, flat paints tend to include more chalky, powdery pigment, while high-gloss paints tend to include more gluey resin.

We’ve seen interior designs ramp up the texture through the use of natural elements along with drywall texture. There are so many ways to bring nature’s organic textures to your indoors, but here are some of the more popular textures we’ve seen so far in 2020: wood beams, wood shiplap, stone, marble, rattan, macramé, furs, mixed metals, grass, and leafy plants. In 2021, this texture trend is only getting bigger, going from minimalist to maximalist. Whether it be through limewash, stone, wallpaper, decorative molding, or wood, walls are becoming more tactile in nature.

We have the tools and the resources to update your kitchen cabinets at a fraction of the cost of complete replacement. If you have cabinets that are faded, dirty, or out of style, we can help.

For new or previously painted or stained cabinets we can match your existing finish perfectly, or we can give your cabinets a newly painted or custom stained finish. If you would like to remove the existing finish completely and start over with an entirely different look, we can even strip your painted cabinet doors completely to take them down to bare wood.

When you need sheetrock or drywall repair services, don't take chances with run-of-the mill contractors. You need someone who can come into your home, work efficiently, and complete the repair in a timely and meticulous manner.

We use a dust-free joint compound. While it may take a little longer to dry than a quick-set spackle, it allows us to hand sand the repair, helping reduce airborne dust particles. Epic Painting & Exteriors knows you don’t want your home to be treated like a construction site. We'll work cleanly and our repairs work will disappear with stunning results in their place.

Staining decks and fences is a “one shot deal”. You get one shot to either make the deck or fence look great and seal correctly, or not. Epic Painting has the experience necessary to diagnose your situation correctly. With the expense of building new in play, we want to ensure you we achieve your desired results.

Whether you have a new deck or fence or it is aged and dark grey. Be assured that Epic Painting & Exteriors will provide you with the best staining results possible. Premium smooth finish involves covering the fastener heads and tape between boards with drywall compound twice, sanding after each coat, skim-coating the whole surface and then sanding again. No flaw-covering texture is applied. It's important when using glossy paint or if light falls on the area to show any flaws.

Here’s another old-become-new thing. It’s described as limestone that’s been crushed and mixed with water to make a putty, which is then aged and thinned with water and color pigments.
